Questions Homeowners Ask

Yes. Our roof inspections are completely free with no obligation. We will arrive on time, inspect your roof thoroughly, document every issue with photos, and walk you through what we find. There is no pressure to hire us afterward. We believe a clear, honest assessment is the best way to start any roofing project.
Most residential roof replacements take one to two days. Larger or more complex roofs may take three to four days. Commercial projects vary based on size and roof system but we always provide a clear timeline upfront. We will tell you exactly what to expect before work begins.
Yes. We have years of experience working with insurance carriers on storm and hail damage claims. We will meet your adjuster on site, document the damage thoroughly, and guide you through the claim process. In most cases, homeowners only pay their deductible. We do not, however, ever recommend insurance fraud or inflated claims. We do this the right way.
We have two divisions serving the major Texas metros. Our Houston team covers greater Houston including Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, League City, Galveston, Conroe, Baytown, and surrounding cities. Our Dallas team covers the DFW metroplex including Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Arlington, Irving, Denton, Waco, Tyler, and surrounding areas.
Roofing costs depend on several factors including roof size, material choice, roof complexity, and tear-off requirements. Asphalt shingle replacements typically range from a few thousand dollars for smaller homes to mid five figures for larger or more complex roofs. Premium materials like standing seam metal or tile run significantly higher. We provide detailed, itemized estimates so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Yes, we offer financing options to help spread the cost of your roof over time. Approval depends on credit and other factors, but we work with multiple financing partners to find a plan that fits your situation. We can walk you through the options during your inspection or estimate.
The honest answer is that a thorough inspection is the only way to know for sure. Age, granule loss, visible damage, leaks, and the extent of any storm damage all factor in. We will document everything we find and give you a clear recommendation based on what your roof actually needs, not what generates the biggest invoice. Sometimes a targeted repair is the right call. Sometimes a full replacement makes more sense long-term. We will explain the trade-offs honestly.
Yes, fully. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage, and we are BBB A+ accredited. We will provide documentation upon request. Worth knowing: Texas does not require general roofers to hold a state license, so insurance, workers comp, and reputation are the most important things to vet when hiring. Hiring a roofer without workers comp is one of the biggest risks a homeowner can take, because if a worker is injured on your property and the contractor lacks coverage, the liability can fall to you.
